Question From The Mail Bag - Sales Or Leads...Which Comes First

This week, JR from Appaloosa PA asks, "I am just a one man company. How can I hire salespeople when I don't have enough leads?"

This is a common fallacy. In my opinion, you need to hire sales staff and they will generate leads as part of their work. Be sure to have prospecting methods already worked out for them with numbers they should achieve daily and methods that work. Be sure that they agree in your written employment agreement to do this work and meet these goals.
